Last Saturday, the 14th, was our 5th year anniversary! I can't believe that time has passed by so quickly. If you would have told me that we would have seen so much and done so much in 5 years, I probably wouldn't have believed you! Life has been an adventure to say the least, but I am glad that it has been with the love of my life right by my side! I will love you FOR-EV-ER (think Sandlot)!
To celebrate our special day, we went to Art City Days parade and the watched the fireworks that night. We went to dinner on Monday night to Los Hermanos to satisfy a craving we've had for nearly 2 years. Then we went to see Indiana Jones. It was nice to go out on an actual date and laugh at ridiculous things!

Privacy and Scary Stuff
I spoke with someone today that said they were surfing the net and came across my blog, not just through someone else's blog. I wasn't too worried because he is a friend of the family. But I thought that if he can stumble across it, so can millions of other people. It kind of scared me. Since this is our family blog, I want to keep our information private. I hope that all of you still check us out frequently, but I want to keep our family safe. Unfortunately, you never know what predators are out there!
So I've decided that after June 21st you'll need to sign in to view our blog. Please email me so I can add you to my list if you aren't on my list of buddies already. Sorry everyone, I hope you all understand!

Graduation...
So Friday June 6th was the official graduation ceremony for Cranfield University, the school Spencer attended in England. After working hard on his thesis and the endless revisions, he submitted it for final acceptance in March. We soon heard that his thesis was accepted and he can now say that he has a Master's Degree. What a huge accomplishment! We then heard a week before the graduation that he was chosen for the Course Director's Prize. They would present to him $200 at the ceremony on graduation day. Needless to say we really wanted to be there.
We looked online with hopes of finding a cheap ticket to England for the graduation ceremonies. Unfortunately, fuel has gone waaaaaay up and tickets were a fleeting hope! So I thought that I'd congratulate Spencer anyway. Eventhough we didn't get to see him walk, we are so proud of him and happy that he worked so hard!
The picture above was taken when he turned in his thesis in September. I can't believe we've been gone from England for 8 months! Hopefully we'll get over there again to visit all of our friends we miss terribly!

FINALLY!
Well it finally happened. I was able to capture Blake snapping! Unfortunately his snaps aren't very loud because Spencer's snaps are overpowering them. Oh well. At least you can see his little fingers do their magic! Enjoy!
